These terms cover your use of Vegas Property Match (the "site"). By using the site or submitting the form you agree to them.

What the site is

Vegas Property Match is a referral service. We introduce rental property owners in the Las Vegas area to independent property management companies. We are not a property management company, a real estate brokerage, or a law firm, and we do not manage property, hold money, or sign anything on your behalf. Any agreement you make is between you and the management company you choose.

How we are paid

Property owners never pay us. Property management companies pay us an advertising fee for introductions. That fee does not change what a company charges you, and we do not receive any part of a management contract.

No guarantees

We check that the companies we work with hold a Nevada real estate license with a property management permit at the time we start working with them, but we do not guarantee their work, their fees, or their results. Check the permit yourself with the Nevada Real Estate Division and read any agreement before you sign it.
